How does the creative process work?

We start with an initial meeting in person or via video call. This allows me to get a better understanding of your project and provide you with a tailored quote.

Next, depending on your needs, I work on the artistic direction using mood boards so that you can choose the direction that suits you best.

Once approved, I move on to the creative phase. It is possible to make changes to my proposals (the number of revisions is always set in advance). Once the work is complete, I will send you all the necessary files.

Do the prices include printing?

No, but I can help you find the best prices online or locally to provide you with a customized quote.

What are the rates?

As a freelancer, my daily rate is €400 excluding VAT, which reflects the value of my expertise, my time, and the personalized support I offer on each project.

To simplify and structure collaborations, I have nevertheless designed affordable packages that provide you with a turnkey solution that is more advantageous than a daily rate.

What files are provided?

For each project, you will receive a JPG file (standard image format), a PNG file (high quality with transparent background), an SVG file (vector format that does not pixelate), and a PDF file (format that can be opened anywhere!). Source files are not shared unless copyright is assigned.

What are the deadlines?

It depends on your request and my other ongoing projects!

However, I can adapt to your deadlines, provided that you contact me well in advance (at least 4 weeks) so that I can organize myself. Graphic design work requires time, reflection, and discussion to be effective and relevant.

What is copyright assignment?

Assigning the rights to a logo involves transferring the copyright held by its creator (in this case, Syn Spectra) to another person or company. In order for the company to be able to fully exploit the logo, the assignment of rights must be formalized in writing (contract or clause in an order).

The following must be specified: the rights assigned (reproduction, modification, marketing, etc.), any limitations (duration, territory, media concerned, etc.) and remuneration. Without a written assignment, the company only has a limited right to use the logo.
